Luke Gunter
DIRECTOR
Luke has over 10 years’ experience across nursing, emergency care, mental health, and Justice Health. After completing his Bachelor of Nursing in 2013 and being recognised as ‘New Graduate of the Year’ at Broken Hill Base Hospital, he developed strong clinical skills in emergency departments before moving into leadership roles within the prison system. Working in Justice Health highlighted the need for skilled mental health clinicians in the NDIS space, which led Luke to complete a Master of Health Management at UNSW and further specialise by working in a Mental Health Intensive Care Unit. He is committed to outcome‑focused, person‑centred support and delivering high‑quality mental health care to NDIS participants.

Kayla Gunter
SUPPORT WORKER and CO OWNER
Kayla brings over ten years of experience in early childhood education and a lifelong commitment to caring roles. After years of educating young children and raising three of her own, Kayla followed that passion into the disability and community sector. She has a deep understanding of the lived experiences of people with disability and the strengths they hold. Kayla is dedicated to person‑centred, empowering support that honours each individual’s voice and helps them build confidence and independence.
